General statement of the responsibilities of the job within the organization .

REMOVE EXCESS RUBBER FLASH & TRASH & TALC PARTS AS SPECIFIED.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor as needed, or as required as part of the quality system per work instructions.

OPERATE TUMBLER MACHINES ACCORDING TO PROPER SAFE PROCEDURES.  VERIFY WORK PROCEDURES USING WORK INSTRUCTIONS.  TUMBLE PARTS UNTIL TRASH IS REMOVED AND PARTS ARE DRY, TALC IF SPECIFIED.  SAMPLE INSPECT PARTS TO CONTROL PLAN.  EMPTY TUMBLED PARTS INTO BAGS FOR WASHING OR BASKETS FOR FINAL INSPECTION.  (50 LBS MAX. WEIGHT).  VERIFY PART NUMBER AND COMPLETE BATCH TICKET.  ABILITY TO MAINTAIN REGULAR ATTENDANCE RECORD FOR REQUIRED WORK SCHEDULE.

Special qualifications, level of education, license, certification (or equivalent experience) required.

ABLE TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY IN ENGLISH  (SPEAK, READ AND WRITE LEGIBLY).  ABLE TO REACT TO CHANGE PRODUCTIVELY AND HANDLE OTHER ESSENTIAL TASKS AS ASSIGNED.
